Did you know the moon moves oceans?

Of course you know.

It's called tides.

But did you remember—98.99% of you is water?

Now think about it:

The moon pulls the tides.

Water spirals as it drains from the bath.

The stars, the planets, the rhythms of the universe—they move everything.

When you feel the tension rise.

When the argument does not end.

The inner turmoil, sadness, insecurity, doubt.

When you're overthinking your place in the world.

Don't assume it's only your thing.

You are mainly water.

Water that listens.

That remembers.

That resonates.

What you feel is part of a flow much bigger than you.

It's not bad, nor good.

It's energy— pulsing beyond you.

But here’s the thing:

How it moves is up to you.

You’ve been told to vent it out,

but that only makes it worse.

You've tried to hold it in,

but it eats at you from the inside.

So what then?

Not suppression.

Not explosion.

But flow.

Pause.

Breathe.

Be water.

Feel the current inside.

Where does it live?

Your throat?

Your stomach?

Your chest?

Breathe into that place.

Give it space.

Let it speak in the language of sensation.

Not to fix.

Just to let it be.

Because what moves

will pass.

What’s felt

can flow.

And when the water flows again,

the war within you

begins to dissolve.

The same moon that pulls the tides

moves your waters.

The same stars that shape the seasons

align with your being.

You are not just in the universe.

You are the universe—

in fluid form.

In luminous tension.

In sacred rhythm.

And when you remember that,

you don’t just feel better.

You feel real.

You return to the ocean within you.

You remember:

you were never stuck.

You were just still.

Why is this important?

How can one create a sustainable, impactful, meaningful life or business…if they’re constantly overriding the tides within?

  • Some people feel more—they’re deeply affected by inner states, interpersonal tension, cycles, and energies. They may have been told it’s “too much” or “in their head.” No, you have just a bigger potential to connect.
  • You can play a different game with discomfort. There's nothing to fix. Play with allowing, sensing, and flowing. This allows you to reclaim your agency—without pressure.
