With this lesson, we focus on a critical question: What gives you energy?
I’m going to share with you a tool I use daily. It helps me tap into energy when it runs low.
We have four types of energy sources, and this tool will help you identify and develop them. You might feel physically tired but mentally clear, though it’s rare to stay energized in some areas but not others for long. Our mental state, moods, and mindsets affect our bodies, and vice versa. Spiritual energy can even heal the body—something yogis have understood for centuries. We are whole beings; the body isn’t separate from the mind, which isn’t separate from the heart. Everything is interconnected.
Today, we prepare for the Soul Map— a key to unlocking your deepest purpose, your "raison d'être."
