Day 1 - The Wheel of Life (Transform Overwhelm into Balance)
Overwhelm and frustration often stem from a lack of clarity. The Wheel of Life is a tool for those who think deeply and feel intensely. It helps you visualize and balance key areas like career, relationships, and personal growth. Start by identifying where to focus your energy for meaningful change.

Time is the one resource that cannot be recovered.
Back to the Future, Terminator, Looper, and Interstellar: about 15% of sci-fi movies cover this fascinating topic for a reason.
And still, every morning, we are given the same 86,400 seconds.
In our consensus reality, probably everything has been done to manage that scarce resource: time management, mindfulness, slow business. And probably you are most familiar with the most classical one: making sure we are always busy so that we don't have time to think about time.
Who can claim she does not often feel pulled in multiple directions, juggling work, relationships, health, family, passions, and personal growth?
Sometimes, this balance feels natural. Other times, life becomes lopsided, and we’re left wondering why things feel out of sync.
What if you could clearly see where your life is in balance, and where it isn’t? Imagine having a tool that maps out the areas of your life, showing you exactly where you're thriving and where adjustments are needed. This is the concept behind the Wheel of Life.
Paul J Meyer— the originator work's highlights how this tool can be used to gain a "bird’s eye view" of one’s life.
The Wheel of Life is a powerful tool that helps you visualize your life’s balance across different areas: your career, relationships, health, finances, and more. It’s a simple way to assess your current situation and understand where you’re truly satisfied and where there’s room for growth.
How hard do you need to push on your wheel of life?
The wheel works like this: each area of your life is represented as a spoke on the wheel. The more aligned and fulfilled you are in a certain area, the larger and smoother that spoke becomes.
If areas need attention, the spokes will be smaller, causing the wheel to wobble. The goal is to bring as much balance as possible to all parts of your life so that your journey forward is smooth, fluid, and purposeful.
